This story is horseshit. I've been following this story closely. Texas has it's own electrical grid which is not hooked up to the national grid therefore, no one could give Texas more power if they wanted to. Ten years ago they told Texas to winterize their grid. To save money they did not. And who's going to help bail out Texas ,,,the federal government aka the rest of the USA..
