To give you an idea of how fucked Oakland is I was on the sidewalk in Oakland Chinatown and a worktruck was hauling ass through a stoplight on the wrong side of the road. His back tire was wobbly and fucking came off as it made the turn. Driver was able to slow down enough to stop a major accident but it crashed across the street, he got out and ran away. Immediately niggers came to steal what they could, including the tire that was laying a block back. It was real life GTA

In GTA the NPC's still respect traffic laws. Real life is way worse than any GTA title, even San Andreas where you are literally engaged in a gang war. Outside of scripted events nobody breaks the law or targets the innocent. Let that sink in, a crime simulator made by mostly white guys that involves a gangwar that spills out of the ghettos and across the state exists in a world that is a million times safer than it's real world equivalent.
