People with those conditions shouldn't be about in public in the first place. Not wearing a mask doesn't make someone anti-mask. Not appreciating attempts at coercion using guilt and false narratives to force compliance doesn't make someone anti-anything in particular. It's a natural reaction to be disgusted by that type of behavior.

re "shouldn't be about in public in the first place" - that's not gonna happen. They need food, clothes when spleens expand and shirts are uncomfortable, haircuts when hair grows back, doctor visits, glasses, ...Only point I make is there are few, very few that may wear a mask when they do go in public and not want to if they had health.

No one is going around berating people wearing masks. Most people will leave you alone if you do the same. The whole world shouldn't engage in maintaining a minimum distance from each other at all times because of the mere possibility of a small fraction of a percent of the population actually being present to benefit. You should advocate for frivolous mask wearing to be stopped to draw attention to those who do have these conditions. For whatever good it would do them. Either way they still should not be about in public. Doesn't matter that it isn't going to happen.
