there is probably more to this story like possibly a phenomenal mass of soldiers dont want to be in the army because they know what might be coming. or at the least that concern has risen and many have spoken out unto an electronic device such thoughts. the higher ups may be reviewing who and by what benchmark will general under honourable discharges lie and where corrective action lies. also where to relocate soldiers to retain. also tied into this would be review what army they have that can be amassed to fight against the public. fuckin crazy
