But in most of red states in USA, everyone I know REFUSED, forcefully refused to allow any covid-19 tests when at hospital, but they had broken bones, and others had surgeries.
You can refuse and that woman in the link should sue.
The most the hospital can do is kick her out and refuse treatment, but no Doctor is willing to lose their license over that.
