The act of selling the holdings of users without their consent (at a frozen low in the stock's price) is Grand Theft Larceny in almost all cases.

I would be amazed if such protection against this specific crime is actually found in Robinhood's ELUA, let alone if it is an actual legal defense against Grand Theft Larceny.

App users can't sue. They suffered no real provable harm.

RobinHood broke the law, but good luck getting prosecutions.

Solution? Stop fucking using RobinHood. Duh.
