They will enforce it through fear, intimidation, and because the people are terrified. "We the people" are compliant slaves.... or were you not passing attention over the last year in regards to masks ?
Most people are terrified but a lot of people have overcome their fear and realize that there is no better time to make a stand - This seems best achieved at local level

Exactly - going to get harder and harder each and every day. At least now we have discord at the PTB with the election fraud - the Stalinization of our own government and rallying points such as favoritism towards the banking class over the rest of the citizens - the destruction of good working class jobs in favor of foreign jobs - the suspension of the wall at the same time as the batterisation of DC itself.
