Germany can't make its own currency!! They're are evil and hate the (((US))). Why not just make our own cryptocurrency? The US dollar has been fucked by unknown uncontrolled printing. In fact, every nation should make its own crypto currency. They can even tie it to a real asset, and set up based on how private they want wallets to be. Its easy to exchange crypto, the more areas with their own cryptocurrency system the better.
