This is part of the stimulus, no? Problem here is that the stimulus they're offering needs to be anywhere from 4x to 10x more if it's going to actually save the economy. Obama's stimulus was too softhanded and it did nothing. We're seeing a dip in the economy 10x worse than The Great Recession of '08 so you need 10x the stimulus. Otherwise, we're fucked.
