There are so many white people willing to adopt white kids, giving them to non white parents is a fucking crime. Obviously not all white parents are good either, but if you guaranteed a white kid a lot more parents would be willing to adopt. Then you could pick better white parents from a much larger pool of people. The only thing standing in the way of this universally good method is optics.
