Ok, here's my translation attempt:

  1. "Restore the trust of the american people". We're going to put carefully chosen cronies in charge of deciding the truth, and the entirety of the government will be beholden to that truth. Also we're going to used the federal government as a propraganda vehicle for whatever we decide.

  2. "Mount a safe, effective, comprehensive vaccination campaign." We're going to spend billions on vaccines and shove them down the throats of as many men, women, children and otherkin as possible. We're going to propagandaise the shit out of everyone first and any objection will be shot down as "misinformation". Also we're going to absolutely pack the house with useful idiots. Lefties are pretty much going to be the only ones with jobs once we're done.

  3. "Mitigate spread through expanding masking, testing, treatment, data, workforce, and clear public health standards." Did we say we're going to pack the house with lefties? That goes double. This is going to be the new TSA/Homeland Security combined. Welcome to the biosecurity state. Public compliance will be signalled through masks and fear and pressure will be kept up with a casedemic. Oh and we're going to leverage all of this to expand the surveillance state.

  4. "Immediately expand emergency relief and exercise the Defense Production Act." Jobs for the boys. Anyone who supported us can count on lucrative federal contracts.

  5. "Safely reopen schools, businesses, and travel, while protecting workers." Propaganda camps may resume business now that orangemanbad is gone. Gibs for compliant schools and child zoos. Can't have parents raising their own children. Want to reopen your business? That's up to us. Better hope you made your campaign donations. You can travel again, but only if you've been a good sheep and done whatever we demand.

  6. "Protect those most at risk and advance equity, including across racial, ethnic and rural/urban lines." Gibs
