"Cases could swamp courthouse" is a lame excuse. Instead, they have to solve three problems:
How to keep all the FBI undercover snitches out of jail?
How to keep all the paid thugs and Antifas out of jail?
Many Antifas were not prosecuted in the summer. This was legal because of the separation of power. But it is illegal not to treat the Capitol people the same.
OR the SAME people might show up again and SLAUGHTER them where they stand.

Well if many were bad actors who have been busy in both antifa and the capital hill protest then it will be pretty damming if it comes out Thats why this may happen.
