I remember about five years or so ago reading about a nigger in D.C. that had taken in three children and was getting paid a bunch in extra gibs for it and then it turned out the kids had been dead for years before anyone noticed that they were missing and the nigger had been living big off the extra welfare the whole time. Parts of the kids were discovered in the nigger's freezer, they were all undersized because the kids had been starved before they died or were killed.
