I like this goya CEO but unfortunately to get my support as a consumer you also have to have half decent products. I tried one of their large cans of sardines once. The most toxic thing I've ever eaten.

I've never seen those. Their olive oil, refried beans, and coconut water are all good. Try those instead. Their pinto beans are just pinto beans, they're bleh. Their black beans are good...

Beans are the very worst food anyone could eat. They actually attack your blood stream, it is called a lectin protein. That's why you get stomach aches or gas or whatever other reactions after eating them. Lectin foods (and there are several) cause inflammation in your body. Not good for you at all... Beans are committing chemical warfare against your body.

Their dried beans are decent price for a decent size, I buy those. I dislike canned food, and it’s stupid expensive!
