Their writing staff made an expensive error: Instead of focusing on the back doors and vote-switching capabilities of voting machines (which can be easily proven), they wrote that Dominion staff was involved in the vote-switching (impossible to prove because it was a CIA operation, witnesses will die like flies).
Voting machines are sold internationally, and many customers want the vote-switching features. For other customers, the export license is only given if the CIA gets the backdoor keys. So the features are all there, but of course the CIA would NEVER operate inside the US.
