Great idea! Release psych patients from their hospital so they can reside on the street, catch and spread COVID and other diseases, commit criminal acts to "support" themselves, and then get placed into another hospital if they don't die on the street. No consideration that it is better and safer for them to remain where they are, where they already have medical care.
But no, another federal judge who's an idiot will instruct us on how to make things better.
