On the surface this sounds tyrannical, however, consider that all the "protests" that were coordinated all over the world were orchestrated by various NGOs. I don't believe we've had a single real protest since I've been alive. If people want to really protest, the laws won't matter, they will protest. Also, protesting doesn't need to consist of destroying property. The stupid thing is that destroying property is already illegal, so the law means nothing.
(Ps) interesting that now Bang Bang Biden is appointed, all protests have stopped. The deep state has what it wants: total control.
That's right. They can easily sue the looters with premeditation and conspiracy to deliberately destroy private property, since these people are an organized mob.
