"If we can attribute any of this activity to state-backed actors, we will disclose to our archive of information operations."

And that's all it is. Some men wear stockings under their slacks and that's enough. Some men fully deck out in wig/makeup/dress and that's enough. And some especially-sick men cut off their genitalia, create-and-maintain an open wound in their crotch, and bolt on some tits while dressing up in makeup/dress and juicing themselves up with opposite-sex hormones at levels their body could never naturally produce*.

*Which is why testosterone scripts should be way easier to obtain for men who want to do steroids, because if you can juice yourself with opposite-sex hormones at levels orders-of-magnitude higher than your body would ever naturally produce, why can't you juice yourself with same-sex hormones at levels OOM higher than your body would ever naturally produce?

Though steroids do temporarily (and in rare cases permanently) effectively sterilize you so maybe don't give the jews any more bright ideas.

Which one was that?

Also there's testosterone (a steroid... as cholesterol is a steroid) and there's steroids (better referred to as PEDs because they encompass more than just steroids). I.e. one of these occurs naturally in the body and then there are a bunch of analogs that don't occur naturally and have wildly-different outcomes as a result. Most oral steroids are hepatotoxic, for example, so liver damage/cancer/failure becomes a risk. Most steroids mess with your cholesterol levels and blood pressure, but some go to the extreme. Some increase red blood cell count. Some have 0 androgenic effect (by themselves), some have significant androgenic effects.

PEDs that bodybuilders use also include thyroxin/T3 (for cutting), clenbuterol and other metabolic-enhancers (heart stress), GH/somatotropin (which admittedly occurs naturally and is also safe in small doses and not pro-BB levels), insulin (again, safe at non pro-BB levels). So it's very difficult to say "a once-famous bodybuilder ruined himself with steroids" because if he had any level of fame in the past 40 years, steroids, particularly testosterone, were among the safer things he was taking.

And if you're talking about Rich Piana that syntholed-up motherfucker was into WAY more than steroids. Also synthol isn't a steroid or a PED really, though I guess if "performance" includes "simply looking bigger" then it could technically qualify.
