"Ahead of the Ugandan election, we're hearing reports that Internet service providers are being ordered to block social media and messaging apps," Twitter Pubic Policy tweeted. "We strongly condemn internet shutdowns – they are hugely harmful, violate basic human rights and the principles of the #OpenInternet."

"Earlier this week, in close coordination with our peers, we suspended a number of accounts targeting the election in Uganda," they admitted in the following tweet, clearly not recognizing the blatant hypocrisy in their comments. "If we can attribute any of this activity to state-backed actors, we will disclose to our archive of information operations."

Well if we're going anecdotal, I'll direct you to older bodybuilders like Franco Columbu, Arnold, and Lou Ferrigno... all guys who obviously juiced, but not at the insane levels we began seeing in the late 80s (and continue today). If you want to see how the major drug use can pan out if done as well as possible, watch Dorian Yates and Ronnie Coleman. The only thing I've heard about Dorian is depressed testosterone... which is going to happen at 40-50 y.o. anyway, and I haven't looked too much in to Ronnie.

Regardless - the best way to take exogenous test is under a doctor's supervision, and that's currently not really allowed in today's environment. Unless, of course, you're a woman that wants to extreme cosplay as a man, in which case they'll hook you up. It's stupid. But with a doctor's care you could monitor your blood work to get out in front of any long term sides, and people wouldn't be inclined to get involved with the "wrong kind" of steroids.
