They already trample the 1st and maybe even the 4th with their data collection. Why not add the 6th amendement to that list as well.

This kind of shit is not new and we already had a group of people create a set of laws that would prevent tyrannical types from doing what is being done.

As long as they don't trample on the 14th amendment. That's the part of the constitution they aren't allowed to violate. I mean, unless it's against unpopular groups. Then it's cool.

Sorry, but the constitutional amendments are only about what the government can or can't do, they're not trampling any rights, they're just being shitty companies with a political agenda. They're no worse than a newspaper only publishing articles that align with their agenda. The only part here that's relevant to the government, is that "public forum" laws protect them from being held liable for the content produced by their users. Even though they should be losing that protection if they moderate content, especially if they moderate selectively as they are. Which in turn ought to mean they get taken down when CP or something else actually illegal slips through, but government's cucked and that's not happening.
