Wasn't the guy claiming the ballots had watermarks some old retired government dude too? I'm sensing a pattern here.

Sure, good point. But it doesn't sound like you watched his whole discussion with him.
He calls out a bunch of stuff including the virus being a weapon not an accident.
Just because he says things that you like to hear, that reaffirms your confirmation bias, doesn't mean he's trustworthy.
I don't have any confirmation bias, though I will say I dislike the what the "left" is doing far more. Could very well all be one big theatre for more authoritarianism. This old man though said some interesting stuff, he was in the white house when he did and he was very very highly ranked in the military.
