Shouldn't the ideal of no racism be that anyone can confront any about a circumstance regardless of race? Then why is everyone accusing this "white" (hispanic?) girl of racism for confronting a black kid about whether he is holding her phone?(and won't accept an apology)

Gonna rant. Tldr its a cult. Talking with devout cult members does little to nothing even after years of hard work.

Such people are programmed. You opposing their program switches on their us vs them mentality assuming it wasnt already. Thats an instant psychological fortress. There are ways to break a fortress but the game is rigged to prevent that.

If they fail to notice extremely obvious faults in their thinking its because they dont want to notice it. You pointing out the obvious will only be thoroughly rejected unless you are incapable of being ignored. Even then while a person may be incapable of being ignored they are never beyond being dismissed. Once it stops being about reason it becomes about emotion, group ideas as a substitute for thought, and hostility.

Showing those who are "correct" hostility is taboo and will be shut down. Those with the right ideas however can mostly do as they please.

Back to mentioning denial of the obvious selective memory plays a big part. Supporting the group that participated in setting the nation on fire, years of destruction, horrible violence, so much looting, the worst cruelty humanity has to offer, and the attempted gathering of a group to take over the capitol for months can all be instantly forgotten when it comes to shunning those who dared to push back with the smallest fraction of that. In fact that pushback can be used to justify the escalation of things.

Making them feel unhappy in any way through any means often gets the same suppression and censorship. Removing the ability to feel well deserved rejection or repercussion. Chanting "Love and accept everyone or we reject you." supports no repurcussions and further demonizes and rejects those who wont tolerate their vile deeds. Platforms where people with "correct" thoughts gather have been made so repulsive that no large opposing group will gather. Then there are bots and paid individuals doing social manipulation inflating the numbers of those with the "correct" thoughts. Demoralising those who oppose the herd and affirming the beliefs of the herd. Sould any large group of opposing thought start to form and be vocal despite this it will be purged. This prevents them being the majority of the local group voice and therefor worthy of trust to those with "correct" thoughts.

Something like implying they are a pointlessly hurtful, hateful, or cruel individual.
