It's a sovereign country, why wouldn't it have nukes?
All the kids should have access to fireworks, we are all the same, one world one people. It not like some little cunt will just shoot fireworks into Wendy's head for shit and giggles.
That's why we have all these proxy wars instead, the invention of the nuke took full-scale nation to nation warfare off the table.
Yet we still have wars all the time nation vs nation, only now the powers that be can't risk full blown war for population control anymore so will probably sterilise us all with biological warfare.
