I read ~ 1/2 of it. Honestly, seemed like 95% of his problems were the fact that he had a viperous female manager.
Some women do a good job as managers. But, too many are petty and vicious. Feelings over logic and reasoning. And, using logic in an argument will just hurt the feelings and make things worse.

This is whole thing is worth listening to. But, at about the 26 min mark the woman says that 2 women that are suppossed to come to meetings etc. never do. As she says "I dont know if it's a female thing".
