If this is the same thing from early November it is the feed that went to news places. Instead of giving raw counts for the candidates it gave percentages and total counts. If you converted it back to candidate counts there were some entries that meant trump lost votes.

I've been avoiding the details of the steal. As a database guy if the data was altered before you sent it to me I wouldn't know. As the data guy I would know if the data was altered on my server. As a Statistician getting data voting 90% is something to validate. In a district with 100% monkeys, okay I get it. But if I get 120 votes from 80 monkeys...hmmm.
