Lab grown viruses dont survive on their own. like all lab grown lifeforms they die rather than get to spread. to become pandemic it would be a large organized effort to distribute the virus. the artificial virus would have to be directly applied to millions of people in a short time span. the real lab made virus is inside the vaccines.
