How about we stop letting people win the 'other taxpayers money' lottery and we start punishing the people who are guilty?

The court ruling says that administrators at Carson Elementary didn't call 911 when Gabriel was knocked out, failed to punish the bullies, didn't tell teachers of problems, didn't supervise the bathroom despite repeated bullying, and withheld information.

i.e.

Why is the personal property of the administrators not being seized and given to the parents? Why do they get taxpayer money instead?

There's sort of not enough information here. If there was a nurse or someone on campus who determined he didn't need an ambulance, why would they need to call 911? Oh, let me guess. When Blacks are bullying whites or teachers, it's unfair to punish them and evidence of a school to prison pipeline. But if a faggy little Black boy is hurt, that's a twofer and we must spend all the resources coddling it and punishing it's 8 year old bullies. Call the po-leece, charge them with a hate crime!!1!

99% chance this was black on black and black administrators.

Administrators need to be held accountable in all instances so that they don't have the excuse of 'deciding' not to involve the police when its black on White. This would also ensure we have valid data on just how violent black students are.

How does an 8 year old have the time or knowledge to make and execute a plan to kill itself? 8 is like 2nd or 3rd grade. Did it not have parents or a babysitter or something? Was it jus' wildin' affa school yo? Why is it the school's fault not the kid himself & the parents?
