Police have no obligation to protect you or your property. In 80s my dad's friend was surrounded by a striking mob while at work, mob got violent, acid and objects thrown around. Police said good luck buddy not my problem

Regardless, in 1984 Tupac was twelve years old.

He moved to California when he was 17 and lived there until he died at age 25, and his primary claim to fame is West Coast hiphop.

I’m sure the city and state will then give him an exemption on his property and income taxes. I’m sure he won’t be held liable for any injuries. Im sure the state or city will cover any damages. I’m sure he is included in the moratorium regarding mortgages.
