Frankly I'm surprised that shit isn't happening (strategically) EVERY DAY, on rail lines, electrical power substations, telecom (nashville) networking equipment, gas lines and substations, petroleum pipelines ALL OVER THE NATION. I mean HOW COME that INFRASTRUCTURE isn't used to further SAP our resources and HIT the people they hate? HOW would a government SECURE such areas without COLLAPSING??? Is all of this PHONY? Or is that phase 3 (or 4 or whatever) or something?
