Where’s the sense of urgency? Only one of the cops barely gets his jog on and that’s just to get his armor and sbr. A “massive” bomb just went off half a block away and Barney fife can’t manage more then a brisk walk. Nor does it seem to occur to him that literally every car he’s walking passed could also be a bomb.
