I don't think he is in on it because he has had a consistent message for the last 30 years. I think he was a useful idiot at best. He may honestly believe in the jews. He question 9/11 and many other conspiracies for years. He may have realized how deep he was once he was in the White House. I say this because he seemed gung-ho to release records in the beginning but must have been shut down. I have no doubt he would have looked at the actual intel on 9/11, the Kennedy assassination, UFOs, and other stuff. The powers that be, jews and deep state conspirators, stonewalled him.
He should have called a meeting with Navy SEALs on the pretense he was a fanboy, ordered everyone out of the room, and informed tbem tbey were his new protection guard. Then fired everyone he had the authority to fire. With what I have seen since the election, I have come to believe, he simply isn't smart enough to be allowed in on it.
COVID is a mountain from a mole hill and everybody on Voat knew it no later than March. You could tell he wanted to say it but wasn't allowed.
