And this is why bitcoin is going to be the new currency. If you turn your currency into a welfare token it always goes to zero. Zimbabwe, and Venezuela will tell you that. We assume because we are in America that that kind of thing can't happen. Why do we think we are except and think you can do stupid things and face no consequences. The consequences historically are consistent. Zero value currency. The best thing we could do is adopt bitcoin. Don't just invest in it, adopt it. Figure out how to pay for things with it. Figure out what your company would have to do to accept payment in it. Not that you are going to implement that right away, but if the USD becomes completely unstable wouldn't it be good to have already laid some of the ground work for accepting a payment or two outside of it. Your company should be figuring out what their addresses are before they need to use them. The world is going to adopt bitcoin since they are intentionally extracting all conceptual value from fiat. They want to see how much they can print and how much value they can extract before you say, "nope, I'm not using the fraud-coin anymore." And because people are slow they will get quite a lot, and it will be to the ruin of those in USD. Not just because the USD will loose value. When you print money you transfer purchasing power from the population to yourself. The population will not retain purchasing power, but the banks and the elites will, but that can be in part counter-acted by the upward wind of Bitcoin. There will be a future when the only people with any physical means will solely be bankers, elite CEOs like Bill Gates, and people who invested in Bitcoin. Everyone else will have zero. You can cut these bankers off by disvaluing their fraud-coin. It's worthless garbage. Let's not pretend it has value.
