You seem to think the US government would announce “hey we are buying up all of the bitcoins now” and won’t don’t already have the whales that control the market. You don’t stand a chance against people with trillions of dollars dude. What are you going to trade bitcoin with when shit hits the fan? It’s not a physical commodity. You are not going to outsmart the people whose entire lives are to make sure nobody undermines the currency of the USA.
