Kill the normal small businesses, and you get street vendors, illegal, of course. When the small businesses die, they will come for the street vendors, and communism will be in charge. No capitalism!! You may think de Blasio is being "nice" right now, but the plan is to kill the middle class, and then mop up the underclass and create a nation of slaves.
