I seen that as well. I've never seen a explosion jump across a street before... You can definitely see the ground erupt directly from across the RV

Just my own speculation, but whatever the hazmat signage was warning about was the the primary combustible. The stike-through W is a big indicator as to what it was. It has a very low flashpoint and can react with water.

The whole thing seems rather amateurish to me. We're definitely not being told the truth.

You are missing the point, when you break it down as such, before anything happens on the ground, there are shadows affecting the lights from above.

Then it appears there is a double image across the entire frame, like someone overlaid shit upon the video.
