Its the diversity push that they use. We underestimate them but the minds behind those operations know about the diversity hires and know that very few americans would (dare) question why the fuck the IRS would use employees who can barely speak english (accent aside) also with jobs being stolen due to "outsourcing" it just cements everything. And if you think about it, in a jewed cooperate world where your highest goal is too be a bug eating, cube living consumer drone, "IRS sponsored by Amazone so you can pay what you own in [gift cards] isn't too far fetche of an dystopian future that is alrady reality. But maybe I am giving too much credit to eveyone involved.
