Some background info: Sandoz Labs developed LSD. Sandoz Labs was owned by the Warburg family at the time. When The FED was created, it was headed by Paul Warburg while his brother Max was chief of German Intelligence. Both were directors of IG Farben in Germany during WWII, and they also funded Hitler.
