Its more that I'm surprised they even filed a suit. That opens up the opportunity for evidence to be brought against them, doesn't it?
I assume they can do something like
Hey we're not lying heres why
But I know little about lawyering
An addendum to my first comment, they're probably trying to bank on msm not covering it as well.
I think the MSM angle will be how Trump and his lawyers are getting dues for defamation over all of his false claims. I suspect they will clamor about that forever. Heck, maybe the plan is to have these lawsuits drag out for years just so they can say Trump never won a court case and was sued for defamation (despite no ruling of such defamation).
