She should have been locked up for the credit card scam. This DUI charge resulted in a conviction which means she loses her license she would be eligible for a hardship permit for work. She also got 6 months probation and mandatory rehab. It seems pretty standard to me. I have never seen someone put in prison for a non felony DUI.
