There's a potential for a saul goodman to make a killing out of this one I think, it all depends of who claims responsibility for this; If identified legal entities/organizations are taking part in this racket/takeover, if identified individuals such as that rapper are involved too, and if on top of that if some city officials enabled any of this, that's a fuckton of liable people already.
