I read somewhere else that he's telling people to stop, question, and search people they don't recognize that try to come in to make sure they don't have guns. They instituted "stop and frisk".

These aren't anarchists. They call themselves anarchists but they just implement mob rule, which is another term for government. Anarcho capitalism has the answer to everything i want in a society, and it would result in far less violence than we have today.
