Well, anyone smart does, and I'm sure it's probably shelf stable. It's a good idea to keep that anyway - used to live in the middle of nowhere and we had at least 2-3 weeks of canned goods at all times. Because Mother Nature wasn't a nice lady.

The stuff I saw panic buying at stores was just junk. 20 boxes of Hamburger Schlepper isn't going to do you shit when you're out of milk and hamburger.

lol, right! People were buying a lot of stupid crap.

Mostly shelf stable. Some frozen.

I'd be totally sick of my food options by the end of it, but at least I'd survive. I'd like to keep more frozen, but without a backup power supply that seems foolish to me.

I know what you mean. I'd be puking every time I saw a can of soup by the end of it, but I'd be ok.
