While I don't necessarily disagree with a waiver of rent for those that are put out of a job, what about the owners? Do I get a waiver from the mortgage company for my investment property purchased a year ago, 100% financed? While I could afford to invest in real estate, it is all predicated on having a rental income. Trying to raise ourselves up, we cannot afford to pay the mortgage on our primary residence, as well as rent on an income property, and the rent of our two adult children who are now out of a job, all at once because of this orchestrated assault. The buck must stop somewhere, and I'm tired of it stopping with me.

We need to get through this together. I'm a landlord and I have no problem waving late fees right now, but as you state, we still need to pay utilities and mortgage. It's not my fault tenets don't have savings! We can kick the can down the road a bit, but eventually I need my money.

These people think because you own rental property you're fucking loaded or something. Not all of us, I wish!

You will lose money until you have no choice but to sell, and the Jew will buy you out.

Such is the plan of the Jews to acquire the remaining 10% of property and corporate assets that they don't already own.

Many service industry workers thrust into unemployment are living paycheck-to-paycheck in the best of times. Now, many say they don’t have the money to pay rent.

If you live paycheck-to-paycheck, that is your fault no matter what your income level is.
