People are so misguided. Companies are indeed retooling to make the PPE, but that's the thing, they need to retool. You can't just walk in one day, flip a switch, and BAM suddenly your factory is making something it wasn't setup to do.
Trump has invoked the DPA with GM. He has said before it isn't needed in other cases as companies are willing responding when asked.
