People are panic buying any "long-term" things they can from Amazon. Pretty much any freeze-dried foods are sold out, that makes it a pain in the ass when you want to pick up some for an outdoor excursion later in the year. It's sad to think that most of this stuff will probably end up in the trash next year because the people that bought it just did so on a knee-jerk reaction without understanding they aren't getting a restaurant meal inna bag.
