I was about to say she needs to get a good Constitutional lawyer because of the Mennonite angle, but this is just her own stupidity coming to bite her in the ass. She was licensed in 34 states and didn't bother to get re-certed at her new residence? It looks like Certified Professional Midwives (CPMs) do have the ability to practice in NY as of about 4 months ago, but Elizabeth was arrested in 2018.

Yeah. These license requirements are BS much of the time. It is just the state making sure they get their cut, again driving up prices.
