There was a civil case in which he settled for like $2.5 million, although he did not admit guilt, but did say he understands that she didn't think she consented. It was an odd situation and I think because of his wealth he was able to get off without the truth fully coming out one way or another.
That's about what I expected. I mean maybe he did something wrong, maybe he didn't. But to refer to him as rapist based on that information is a little funny. Especially if you're calling other people NPCs in the same breath.
