Since we are all part of the same system, and there really isn't an alternative, we are forced to live within the established program. Like anything there are grey areas that can be exploited.
What if enough people refused to pay taxes. Flat out refused. Business stopped deducting. People stopped filing. Think about it. Enough people do it and it sends a message. Hit them where it hurts, but the truth is, a vast majority of people are either dependent on the system (don't pay into it) or are too indoctrinated.
