Anyways... It doesn't say how the money will be spent. I'm sure the blacks are all excited about a chance for gibs, but the way 'invest in the community' sounds to me, it is likely they will use the money on programs and infrastructure; not direct payments.
Then riots will ensue once they'll realize they won't get gibs.
yep. I'll laugh if it is used for things like adding teachers to black schools, GED programs, and vocational training. Things that could actually help people (hey whites can use this too), instead of the handouts they want.
Well, looks like the UK already has a problem with teachers leaving schools with higher levels of diversity.
