11% of companies have a dress code that involves heels.

Well so fucking what. I have to wear full illuminous protective clothes if I'm on site and steel toe boots that aren't exactly comfy but I don't complain.

Oh you have to wear heels and look attractive all day? Well fuck me what a hardship, you should call the police.
